Non-Profit & Healers Hallow Fee

APPLICATION FOR NONPROFITS (And Healers Hollow) 

Priority for acceptance into the festival will be given to local businesses and organizations on a first-come/first-served basis. We reserve the right to deny any application.

Deadline is April 7 (late apps will be subject to $25 late fee)

Wake up the Earth Festival agreements and guidelines: 

• Vending hours are from noon to 5 pm.  All sales must stop promptly at 5:00 p.m.

• Non profit info tables will be located in the park (not on any street) 

• All tables, signs, tents and props will be supplied by the vendors.

• No kits or manufactured items to be sold.

• No individual radios allowed in booth.

• No balloons are to be sold or given away.

• No electricity will be provided for vendors

• Vendors are responsible for removing all their own waste! 

• There will be no refunds due to cancellation, postponement, or inclement weather.

• A site plan and load-in info will be sent by April 15th

Load-in for non-profits and healers hollow is between 8:30 and 10:30am, breakdown begins at 5pm. 

Vendor will remain in place from 10:30 a.m.- 6:00 p.m..
