APPLICATION FOR NONPROFITS (And Healers Hollow)
Priority for acceptance into the festival will be given to local businesses and organizations on a first-come/first-served basis. We reserve the right to deny any application.
Deadline is April 7 (late apps will be subject to $25 late fee)
Wake up the Earth Festival agreements and guidelines:
Vending hours are from noon to 5 pm. All sales must stop promptly at 5:00 p.m.
Non profit info tables will be located in the park (not on any street)
All tables, signs, tents and props will be supplied by the vendors.
No kits or manufactured items to be sold.
No individual radios allowed in booth.
No balloons are to be sold or given away.
No electricity will be provided for vendors
Vendors are responsible for removing all their own waste!
There will be no refunds due to cancellation, postponement, or inclement weather.
A site plan and load-in info will be sent by April 15th
Load-in for non-profits and healers hollow is between 8:30 and 10:30am, breakdown begins at 5pm.
Vendor will remain in place from 10:30 a.m.- 6:00 p.m..
