WUTE Farmers’ Market Application Form

By applying to the Wake up the Earth Festival, you agree to the following guidelines:

  • Deadline is April 7th; $25 late fee for apps received after.

  • Vendors will be assigned places by the vendor coordinator.

  • Wake Up the Earth (Egleston) Farmers Market is located in the Park at the corner of New Minton and Amory St. Vendors check in morning of festival with the Famers Market Coordinator.

  • All tables, signs, tents and props will be supplied by the vendors. No individual radios allowed in booth.

  • No balloons are to be sold or given away.

  • No kits or manufactured items to be sold.

  • There is no electrical service provided for vendors.

  • Priority for acceptance into the festival will be given to local businesses and organizations on a first-come/first-served basis. We reserve the right to deny any application.

  • There will be no refunds due to cancellation, postponement, or inclement weather.

  • Please take out all that you bring in and clean up after yourself.

  • Setup times: 8:30am – 10:30am. No vehicles will be allowed to enter festival area after 10:00am.

  • Each vendor will remain in place from 10:30 a.m.- 6:00 p.m. All sales most stop promptly at 5:00 p.m.

*LOCAL ARTISAN DISCOUNT: Wake Up the Earth offers a 25% discount to Jamaica Plain based artisans, and farmers - SPREAD THE WORD!

**NON-PROFIT RECORDS: Non-Profit vendors must include a copy of your 501c3 letter with your application. Please e-mail this to wutevend@gmail.com.
