WUTE Healers Hallow and Non-Profit Application Form

By applying to the Wake up the Earth Festival, you agree to the following guidelines:

  • Deadline is April 7th; $25 late fee for apps received after.

  • Healers Hallow is located in the park at the corner of Lamartine and Boylston street.

  • Non-profit info tables will be located in the park.

  • All tables, signs, tents and props will be supplied by the vendors. No individual radios allowed in booth.

  • No balloons are to be sold or given away.

  • No kits or manufactured items to be sold.

  • There is no electrical service provided for vendors

  • Priority for acceptance into the festival will be given to local businesses and organizations on a first-come/first-served basis. We reserve the right to deny any application.

  • There will be no refunds due to cancellation, postponement, or inclement weather.

  • Please take out all that you bring in and clean up after yourself.

  • Setup times: 8:30am – 10:30am. No vehicles will be allowed to enter festival area after 10:00am.

  • Each vendor will remain in place from 10:30 a.m.- 6:00 p.m. All sales most stop promptly at 5:00 p.m.

*LOCAL ARTIST/HEALER DISCOUNT: Wake Up the Earth offers a 25% discount to Jamaica Plain based artists, artisans, crafters, healers, and farmers - SPREAD THE WORD!

**NON-PROFIT RECORDS: Non-Profit vendors must include a copy of your 501c3 letter with your application. Please e-mail this to wutevend@gmail.com.
