WUTE Food Vendor Application Form

By applying to the Wake up the Earth Festival, you agree to the following guidelines:

  • Deadline is April 7th; $25 late fee for apps received after.

  • Vendors will be assigned places by the vendor coordinator at check in day of event.

  • All tables, signs, tents and props will be supplied by the vendors. No individual radios allowed in booth.

  • No balloons are to be sold or given away.

  • All service ware must be compostable/recyclable!

  • Vendors will remove their own waste.

  • $250 clean up deposit is required in separate check.

  • There is no electrical service provided for vendors

  • Priority for acceptance into the festival will be given to local businesses and organizations on a first-come/first-served basis. We reserve the right to deny any application.

  • There will be no refunds due to cancellation, postponement, or inclement weather.

  • Please take out all that you bring in and clean up after yourself.

  • Setup times: 8:30am – 10:30am. No vehicles will be allowed to enter festival area after 10:00am.

  • Each vendor will remain in place from 10:30 a.m.- 6:00 p.m. All sales most stop promptly at 5:00 p.m.

PERMITTING:

Please email copies of year round Food Service and Propane Permits if applicable to wutevend@gmail.com. If you do not have such please fill out and submit to us the temp Food Service and or Propane app.

PAYMENT:

Mail two checks ($250 clean-up deposit and vendor space fee) to:
