Vendors

Dear Local Vendors,

Applications for vending spaces at our 46th annual Wake Up The Earth Festival are CLOSED!

To participate in WUTE 2025, please note this important information about vendor applications:

  • APPLY: Vendor applications and sponsor forms are available on our website Starting in January of 2025

  • www.spontaneouscelebrations.org through the WUTE Festival page. This year, we will be accepting applications and payments online.

  • This is a juried show, meaning we will assess all applications submitted by the deadline and then select vendors to participate in the festival. This is a way for us to better curate a wide selection of offerings at the festival. The exception would be Prepared Food Vendors who need time to get proper permitting through the city. Food vendors will be accepted or rejected as they apply.

  • APPLICATION DEADLINES: All Vendors March 15, 2025

    • Late Fee (for applications received after the above deadline) $25

    • An email including a summary of your application will be sent to you upon submission. On March 20th, all vendors will be notified whether their application has been accepted or rejected. A final confirmation email with check-in info will be sent mid April. If your application is rejected we will let you know via e-mail.

  • VENDOR LOCATIONS: check in location and name / phone number for your point person will be sent to you before the festival. Locations will be assigned at check-in on the day of the event.

    • Spontaneous Celebrations does not provide tables, chairs, tents, etc. Please bring all you need for a successful day and note that most vendor locations are in direct sun.

  • Non Profit FEE WAIVER (KID’s ACTIVITIES OR BY VOLUNTEERING): Vendor fees are waived for Non-Profit Info Only tables providing an approved children’s activity or by one of our volunteering options. Healer’s Hollow tables info only, providing a demo – please be sure to specify this on your application.
